We process only high-quality materials into elegant, modern shapes in elaborate processes, some of which are carried out by hand. Over 70 years of experience in the manufacture of fittings are incorporated into each of these special handles.
HOPPE has long been offering handle shapes for exclusive requirements. Here we present a selection of historical and current series from the duravert product line. With Venezia and Firenze, we present our latest series in solid, forged brass.
Venezia – Exceptional Elegance
The Venezia series is characterised by its asymmetrical shape, which can be staged in different ways. It consists of a square handle neck, radiused on one side, that runs out to form a flat handle piece. Chrome-plated or satin-finished surfaces enhance the perfect interplay between interior design and handle design. A versatile, interesting handle that suits both timeless and extravagant interior styles.
The Venezia series won the MIAW Design Award 2025 in the “Interior” category.
Perfectly Staged
The asymmetrical shape allows the handle to be staged in different ways: If the handle is mounted facing upwards, the solid, forged brass shows off the entire width of the handle. With the handle mounted downwards, the hand rest is shortened and the flowing transition from the handle neck to the handle itself is emphasised. Whatever you choose, the Venezia series' handles will add a special touch to any room.
Inspiration for Modern Living
The handles in the new duravert series are available as complete product families. Interior doors, windows, patio doors and front doors can be fitted with the handles from the Venezia series. Different moods can be created depending on the individual style. Copper-coloured handles can blend harmoniously and discreetly into dark colour concepts, or anthracite-coloured handles can create exciting contrasts in light interiors. The Venezia series is also an ideal addition to living spaces inspired by the “industrial style” – here the handles intensify a futuristic impression.
Firenze – Perfectly Formed
Firenze features a round handle neck with a drop-shaped, symmetrical handle. The soft shape is further accentuated by the radiused corners of the square rose. A harmoniously designed handle with a balanced appearance that draws attention and invites closer observation.
Modern Colours and Finishes
Chrome-plated or satin-finished surfaces enhance the perfect interplay between interior design and handle design. Different moods can be created depending on the individual style.
The Firenze series is available in many modern Resista finishes, including satin black, satin chrome and satin copper colour. Satin-finished surfaces have been chosen because they feel soft to the touch, have a particularly even, matt-gloss appearance and thus have a vibrant and decorative effect. The wide range of colours makes it possible to choose the perfect handle for your own living style and, for example, create a refined ambience with dark handles on dark doors – or give the interior a warm tone with brass colours.
Boho or Japandi?
If you are looking for a versatile handle that suits a particular interior style, you will find the right handle in the Firenze series. The flowing design gives the solid, forged brass an elegant lightness. The soft shape is further accentuated by the radiused corners of the square rose. The series blends seamlessly into a vibrant “Bohemian” style, as well as minimalist “Japandi” surroundings. This handle can also become an eye-catcher in a maritime, southern interior and complement the interior theme with its teardrop shape.
