Door and window handles may appear to be a simple product, but the process, from the initial design to production and marketing, encompasses considerably more work steps and supporting activities than you are probably aware of at the moment. Just as numerous are the professions that we require and train as well.

For this reason, we offer a thorough apprenticeship to eventually have employees who satisfy the ever-increasing requirements. In accordance with this approach and taking the current economic situation into consideration, we prefer to promote internally rather than recruit from outside the company.
