Security handle HOPPE 93S for French doors
The lockable 93S aluminium security handle offers additional burglary protection for balcony doors and French doors. It is mounted on the inside and is a visible deterrent for potential burglars. They can see in advance that they cannot easily leave the house or apartment via this door.
Extra safety with the security handle 93S
The specially shaped cover cap encloses and protects the cylinder. The integrated locking mechanism blocks the handle and prevents unauthorised opening.
The security handle 93S for French windows doors is suitable for Scandinavian oval cylinders.
Installing the HOPPE 93S security handle
- Attach the cylinder, without a key, to the handle using the two enclosed cylinder screws. Remove the key before doing this.
- Next, install 93S in the door leaf using the wood screws supplied.
- Then check that the handle works:
– handle horizontal = open
– handle vertical = closed - If everything works, replace the wood screws with one-way screws.
