Minimum requirement of 200 effective combinations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Grade&nbsp;2:<\/strong> internal applications where users have little incentive to exercise care and where the expected usage is high. Minimum requirement of 500 effective combinations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Grade&nbsp;3:<\/strong> applications where abuse and usage levels are expected to be high, and there is an element of security.
