If you have concrete reasons to suspect possible violations of the law or rules within the HOPPE Group, we encourage you to report such compliance violations to us immediately.<\/p>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-3\">\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-bootstrap-blocks-container has--bg-white\">\n\t<div class=\"container\">\n\t\t\n<div class=\"wp-bootstrap-blocks-row row\">\n\t\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-3\">\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-6\">\n\t\t\t\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Examples may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Violations of domestic and foreign laws (e.g. safety or environmental regulations, data protection laws)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Violations of company guidelines (e.g. process descriptions, IT security guidelines)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conflicts of interest: Employees acting in their own interest and not in the interest of the company<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misuse of data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bribery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Embezzlement, theft, fraud<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discrimination, sexual harassment or other misconduct against employees and business partners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Questionable business practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-3\">\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-bootstrap-blocks-container has--bg-white\">\n\t<div class=\"container\">\n\t\t\n<div class=\"wp-bootstrap-blocks-row row\">\n\t\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-3\">\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-6\">\n\t\t\t\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All compliance reports will be treated as strictly confidential&nbsp;\u2013 this applies to all information provided, including the identity of the whistleblower. The report can be made anonymously if desired. We guarantee that the whistleblower will not be adversely affected by the report&nbsp;\u2013 even if the report turns out to be incorrect or unsubstantiated.
