Beim Eloxalverfahren wird durch einen gezielt gesteuerten, k\u00fcnstlich unter Verwendung von Strom und Schwefels\u00e4ure hervorgerufenen Oxidationsprozess (Vereinigung des Werkstoffes mit Sauerstoff) aus dem Produkt heraus eine sch\u00fctzende Oberfl\u00e4chenschicht gebildet (= Oxidschicht).<\/p>\n<\/div><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hoppe.com\/de-de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/HOPPE-Contentbild-Pflegehinweis-Aluminium-425-x-411-@300dpi.png\" alt=\"Aluminium\" class=\"wp-image-16310 size-full\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-3\">\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-bootstrap-blocks-row row\">\n\t\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-3\">\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-6\">\n\t\t\t\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese sch\u00fctzt die Produkte gegen \u00e4u\u00dfere Einfl\u00fcsse wie Handschwei\u00df, Luftfeuchtigkeit und leichte mechanische Beanspruchung. Die Besch\u00e4digung der Oberfl\u00e4che, z. B. durch Ringe oder Schl\u00fcssel, ruft keine Korrosion hervor. Bei der Pulverbeschichtung wird auf die Aluminium-Oberfl\u00e4che Lack-Pulver mit Hilfe eines elektrostatischen Verfahrens aufgetragen. Anschlie\u00dfend findet das Einbrennen bei einer Temperatur von 150-200 \u00b0C statt, wobei die Lackpartikel in einer Vernetzungsreaktion zu einem Lackfilm verschmelzen.<\/p>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-3\">\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-bootstrap-blocks-row row\">\n\t\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-3 text-md-end\">\n\t\t\t\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pflege                                                                               <\/h3>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-6\">\n\t\t\t\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine besondere Pflege ben\u00f6tigt der Werkstoff Aluminium nicht, denn die bei der Oberfl\u00e4chenverg\u00fctung erzeugte Oxidschicht sch\u00fctzt das Aluminium. Die Oberfl\u00e4che ist durch einen transparenten Einbrennlack mit sehr guter Haftfestigkeit und hoher L\u00f6semittel- und Chemikalienbest\u00e4ndigkeit oder durch Verchromung gesch\u00fctzt. Wird durch mechanische Einwirkung (z. B. Verschmutzungen k\u00f6nnen mit einem weichen Tuch und Wasser entfernt werden.
